MOTAT is a special place held in Aucklander’s hearts, so add the MOTAT magic into your next event or function!

MOTAT have a range of unique venue spaces on offer which can host up to 800 people in cocktail style or 350 for a seated dinner. Each venue is rich in heritage and available evening or day, with the exception of the Aviation Display Hall which is available evenings from 6pm until midnight. Special circumstances apply for product launches during the day.

KARAKA PAVILLION

Located 35 minutes south of Auckland’s CBD, the Karaka Pavilion offers a first class venue, premium catering and flexible arrangements for your wedding, product launch, conference, business meeting, or party.
With five major function spaces, Karaka Pavilion can provide break-out rooms for conferences alongside the main auditorium, or a variety of options for your function. The downstairs garden bar and parade ring have an ideal indoor-outdoor feel as they open up onto the picturesque lawn in front of the stables.

This iconic venue located on Queens Wharf is a staggering 94 metres long, enabling it to cater for thousands of people if required.
The rustic and industrial feel makes it a spectacular events venue.

THE CLOUD

Situated on Queens Wharf, next to Shed 10, The Cloud’s is a versatile venue. Ideal for the larger events, it can accommodate up to 4,500 while the mezzanine areas are more suited to events of 100 – 230 pax.

NORTH SHORE EVENTS CENTRE

The North Shore Events Centre offers a range of spaces to include the Main Stadium, Kings Lounge and the Multipurpose Rooms. The three Multipurpose rooms can accommodate up to 35 pax each and the Kings Lounge comfortably fits 100 pax.

FRESH FACTORY

Based inn Eden Terrace, Fresh Factory is a modern function space with an additional VIP mezzanine level. The main floor can seat 150 pax banquet style, whilst cocktail events can service 220-240 pax.
