The venue was absolutely the perfect size for our Pink Ribbon Breakfast Fundraiser event hosting around 70 people on the day, and such a wonderful setting. We were fortunate enough to have a lovely day weather wise which made it all the better. Your team of staff were incredibly obliging and had everything work like clockwork. They were so calm, obliging and obviously skilled at what they do as the whole event went off perfectly - from room layout to food and drinks it was excellent. We used our own PA system and again the sound was perfect. You and the team have been so easy to deal with especially when I was the sole organiser of such an event, you made it so easy (even though I was a bit stressed!). So far the event has raised over $6000 for the Breast Cancer Foundation! Thank you for your kind sponsorship and your expertise.

We just wanted to give you and all your staff a big thanks for making Stuart and Kathi's wedding such a memorable day! Your preparation was meticulous and the whole day went without a hitch.
We are so glad you recommended the Karaka Paviliion to us. It is a beautiful venue, spacious, quiet and relaxing, room for the kids to run around and for the adults to sit a have a chat with an expresso or drinks from the cafe. The Parade Ring was beautifully themed for the reception and all credit to Holly for doing such a wonderful job in creating such a lovely atmosphere.
The canapes and buffet were superb, from starters, mains to desserts, there was plenty and it was all delicious! Our friends thought your chicken curry in particular was yum! The Seafood Island was a real hit with the guests, it was beautifully presented and the selection was perfect. Compliments to the Chef!
Our guests have commented on how professional the whole day went and that is a reflection on you and Jay and the rest of your staff who looked after our guests in such a friendly and polished manner.
